I've recommend using HR to people wanting to get started with E2.0. It was a big gateway to adoption for us. Just putting our vacation request online was a subtle but powerful change. Instead of getting paperwork, filling it out, turning it in and waiting for confirmation, people could make requests at home while actually planning the vacation. Everyone involved got better information faster, which gave us a glimpse of E2.0's potential.
